My wife and I are early retirees and had been running our financial plan on a spreadsheet that I created. While it was working well, I wanted to bench-test my model against another perspective. Don Maycock's approach and tools fit the bill and we were very pleased to have an alternate perspective. I have since given up my spreadsheet and am relying on Don to update the plan annually. If you're looking for a patient, no-nonsense fee-based planner Don is a great choice. We also worked with Don to purchase some annuities, and were very happy with that process as well.

Been retired for a few years now and we wanted to know if our financial assets were in good shape for the duration.
